Pendleton Capital Partners (PCP) is a real estate investment partnership in Greenville, SC. Founded in January 2016, the partnership holds a portfolio of commercial and rental properties as well as select rehab projects in South Carolina.
Both BMW and Michelin’s North American headquarters call Greenville-Spartanburg their homes. Additionally, Furman University and Wofford College, several middle market banks, and health-care concerns are within the metro area. Given the favorable trends in economic growth, demographics, and tax treatment, real estate investors have substantial tailwinds.
While primarily invested in West Greenville, PCP will remain nimble and unconstrained in its regional strategy.

Joel Christopher. CEO and Principal of PCP, Joel has twenty years of experience as a licensed General Contractor, in property management, and in real estate development. He attended Furman University, lives in Greenville, and leads the company in acquisitions, building, and management of rental properties.
Adam Arnold. General Counsel and Principal of PCP, Adam is a patent attorney with 20 years of real estate investing experience. Adam also attended Furman, where he met Joel. With degrees in both electrical and software engineering as well as the law, Adam leads the company in legal matters and advising on acquisitions.
James Ebert. CFO and Principal of PCP, James has been an active real estate investor for the last 15 years. He is also a financial advisor and deeply committed to non-profits and philanthropy. James attended Yale, and he leads the company in financial matters and investor outreach.
